Terms and Conditions
You can shop online, by phone or post and remember every penny you spend goes directly to the Club. Thank you for your support. Customers should be aware that sizing may vary from previous Replica kits. Please ensure you obtain the correct size before printing as we are unable to exchange or refund after letters and/or numbers have been applied to personalise your item. Bristol City Football Club cannot accept liability for any changes to players names and numbers due to transfers.
Personalisation of Replica Kit
Bristol City Football Club reserves the right to refuse to print shirts that we deem offensive or abusive. An operator will contact you to discuss your choice and, if necessary, request an alternative. Please note this may delay delivery of your shirt.
A binding contract will be formed between us and you when we send you confirmation via email (Order Confirmation) that your order has been accepted. Once payment is received in full by us, you will get legal title of the goods (ownership).
Occasionally, some items may be temporarily out of stock or sold out due to unprecedented demand. Where possible these items will be removed from the website, where possible we will offer alternative items on customer approval. If this is not possible, we will place out of stock items on back order and it will follow as soon as possible on a separate delivery. If any items are likely to take more than three weeks the club will contact the customer to check whether they wish to proceed with the order. If any items have been discontinued we will endeavour to offer an alternative wherever possible.
Goods can be paid for by, MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Maestro, Electron and Solo. We DO NOT accept American Express or Diners Club cards. Cheque (not available for online purchases). We do not accept cash on delivery. Credit/Debit cards will not be charged until the goods are despatched, however when we raise the paperwork for the warehouse to prepare your order, the funds will be reserved on your credit card. Sterling cheques will be banked on receipt. Please allow ten (10) working days for these to clear, which may delay the despatching of your order.
You will receive an email confirming your order with us. Please check the details carefully and inform us of any irregularities. In the unlikely event that you have not received an email of confirmation from us within 24 hours, please contact us by calling 0117 9630 637. (Please remember to check all your mail folders carefully).
Customs Duty Applied
Please note the customer is responsible for all charges that relate to customs or duty that may be applied in certain countries. Bristol City Football Club takes no responsibility for these charges or for any delays in your receiving any goods owing to customs intervention.
Orders are currently dispatched via One Post, Bristol City Football Club uses the recorded delivery service offered by One Post meaning that each delivery will need to signed for upon receipt. For international orders, Bristol City Football Club will send the order via the International Signed For service. Bristol City Football Club / bcfcmegastore cannot be held responsible if the order is unable to be delivered by One Post for any reasons as stated by One Post. While bcfcmegastore make every effort to ensure you receive your order quickly, please allow 28 days for delivery.
You may cancel your order for goods at any time up to the 7th working day after you receive the goods*. Instructions to cancel all or part of your order MUST be IN WRITING. You may notify us by post to Bcfcmegastore, Ashton Gate Stadium, Bristol City Football Club, BRISTOL BS3 2EJ or email to email@example.com Once you have notified Bristol City Football Club that you are cancelling your order, any sum debited from your credit / debit card will be re-credited when we receive the goods into our returns department, provided you return the goods in the original condition, Bristol City Football Club will make any other refunds will be by cheque. You are required to take reasonable care of the goods and return them at your own cost in order to receive a refund for a cancelled order. If your order has already been delivered you will need to follow our Refunds procedure. *Excluding personalised goods (such as printed replica kit), videos, CDs, DVDs and magazines/programmes. For hygiene reasons, undergarments, earrings and body bars cannot be resold by us if returned with the packaging opened. Except in the case of faulty merchandise, we will not refund earrings and body bars where the goods have been resealed and they have become unsuitable for resale.
Damaged/Missing Goods On Delivery You must report any damaged goods or missing items from your parcel with 72 hours of receipt. Please call bcfcmegastore on 0117 9630 637 or email to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you do not contact us within 72 hours we reserve the right not to replace or exchange/refund the item (s) that are damaged or missing. Exchanges If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and would like to change the item (s) we will be happy to exchange most goods (provided that they are returned in a new and unused condition,) with your proof of purchase and within 28 days** of that purchase. All goods to be exchanged must be received back in a new and unused condition, with the original wrapping and the invoice or shop receipt. The return address is Bcfcmegastore, Bristol City Football Club, Ashotn Gate Stadium, Bristol, BS3 2EJ You may also return any of our products for an exchange to our Ashton Gate Stadium Megastore. We cannot accept responsibility for returned goods if they are lost in transit. It is your responsibility to obtain a Proof of Posting Certificate or have adequately insured the goods using Recorded Delivery of Special Delivery for expensive items. ** The date for bcfcmegastore.co.uk customers for the 28 day period to start will be from the date that the goods have been dispatched from our warehouse. Exchanges are not permitted on personalised products, earring or body bars.
